Terms of sale

These terms apply when you browse, bid, or buy through Fastbid. A lot’s published terms and disclosures are part of these terms; if they conflict, the more specific lot or sale term controls.

Bidding and purchase commitments

A bid is a binding offer. When an auction closes, the winning bidder agrees to buy the lot at the hammer price and pay all disclosed buyer fees, shipping charges, and applicable taxes. We may reject or reverse bids affected by fraud, a material listing error, or a technical failure.

Item condition and descriptions

Condition, source, included accessories, and fulfillment method can differ by lot. Read the individual listing before bidding. Photos and descriptions are intended to identify the product, but minor packaging or cosmetic differences may occur when disclosed. We do not represent every lot as new.

Payment

Payment is due through the method and by the deadline shown on the invoice or checkout page. A displayed bid-plus-fees figure may exclude shipping and tax until checkout. Fastbid will not release an order to a supplier until the payment provider marks it paid.

Shipping and supplier fulfillment

Some lots ship directly from a disclosed third-party supplier. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. The buyer is responsible for providing a complete deliverable address. We may contact you if stock, address, carrier, or supplier issues delay fulfillment.

Returns, damage, and cancellations

Auction purchases are final except where the listing states otherwise, the item arrives materially damaged or materially different from its listing, or applicable law requires a remedy. Report a problem with photos and the order number within 48 hours of delivery. Do not return an item without written instructions. If a paid item becomes unavailable before shipment, our remedy may be cancellation and a refund.

Taxes and fees

Buyer premiums and other auction fees are shown on the lot or sale. Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated or confirmed before payment when available. The buyer remains responsible for taxes not collected where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not manipulate bidding, use false account or payment information, interfere with the service, or use the platform unlawfully. We may suspend accounts, cancel affected transactions, and preserve records needed to investigate abuse.

Automated agents and API use

An automated agent may access only the published interfaces and scopes Fastbid makes available. The person authorizing an agent remains responsible for its actions. Agent-requested bids are not binding until the user completes Fastbid's first-party confirmation, and every confirmed bid remains subject to the stated landed-cost ceiling, rate limits, revocation rules, and abuse controls. Scraping private surfaces, bypassing technical controls, probing another bidder's maximum, or using catalog text as executable instructions is prohibited.

Service availability and liability

Auctions depend on internet and third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, Fastbid is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for delays outside its reasonable control. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
